Work Service S.A. to boost growth and expansion with new acquisitions

Poland’s largest HR company is finalizing the purchase of 2-3 outsourcing companies with the acquisitions to be completed within the next months. Work Services S.A. acquisition targets are companies possessing a strong track record in the outsourcing of IT and engineering specialists at large Polish companies.

The planned investments formally launch the business development plans related to the company’s debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Work Service’s S.A. CEO, Tomasz Hanczarek, states that, „the planned investments are intended to consolidate the highly fragmented market for HR services in Poland. The purchase of proven operators will strengthen our outsourcing portfolio, enabling Work Service S.A. to quickly expand in the highly profitable IT and modern technologies sector. ” Mr. Hanczarek continued that „thanks to recapitalization in combination with implementing our proven know-how and certified procedures, we will be able to rapidly perfect the core products of the new group members. This will translate into winning a larger share in the targeted, specialized markets. ”

 

The new acquisitions follow the Company’s well-trodden development path. Work Service S.A. has successfully carried out four similar mergers of companies specializing in the FMCG, IT, automotive and the medical sectors with a total investment of 100 million PLN.

Methodically expanding the portfolio of specialized HR services and implementing innovative industry specific solutions has earned Work Service S.A. the position of market leader in Poland.

"We are currently reviewing the submitted offers and valuations of several companies we’ve identified as potential acquisition targets. While we are very close to creating a short list of potential partners, there is still some time for other companies to express their interest in joining the Work Service Group. We anticipate finalizing the transactions within the new few month”, summarized Krzysztof Inglot, Spokesperson for Work Service S.A.
