Changes in Work Service S.A. Management Board


On 30th of December, Adam Pawłowicz resigned from the function of Vice-President of Work Service S.A. From the new year, his previous responsibilities of supervising the Polish part of Capital Group will be taken over by Piotr Gajek.

“In the past few months, Adam Pawłowicz made significant changes in Work Service. Thanks to his supervision, we were able to successfully combine the executive and sales structures, and to perform internal consolidation of companies providing services in personal advisory and cross-border transfer of workers. At the same time, in his field, we were able to make great changes in optimization which helped us in improving the business effectiveness. I would like to thank him for our co-operation and his contribution to the company. I wish him good luck in the future professional career” – said Maciej Witucki, the President of Management Board of Work Service S.A.

From the new year, the previous Adam Pwałowicz's responsibilities will be taken over by Piotr Gajek who will be reposnible for supervising the entire Polish structure of the Capital Group, and Antal and Work Service Express companies. Piotr Gajek is employed with Work Service since April 2016 as a member of the Management Board where he held the position of Vice-President responsible for finance and developing investment and costs effectiveness of the Group. In his carrier, he had held the position of Executive Director in Customer Relationship Strategy and Transformation at Orange Polska in years 2009-2013. Prior to that he worked in Arthur Andersen in years 1992-2002 and from 2002 to 2009 he was a partner at EY Business Advisory. 

Until he is appointed a member of the Management Board by the Supervisory Board, Piotr Gajek will still be responsible for the financial policy of the Group.
