Iwona Szmitkowska

President of the Management Board

Recognised by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the 100 most influential women in the global HR sector (2016, 2017). She has long experience in many business areas.

Began her professional path in the promotion and media sector. In 2003 she started her journey working in the personal services sector and Work Service, where in the beginning she was the Head of the branch in Bydgoszcz, fulfilling the role of a Regional Director and Proxy. In 2013 she became a Vice President of the Management Board with responsibility for the Division of Operations & HR, and in 2019 she became a President of the Management Board. She is also a Vice President of the Management Board of Finance Care Sp. z o.o. and Work Service SPV Sp. z o.o., as well as a President of the Work Service Foundation.

Since 2017 she has served as the President of the Management Board of the Association of Employment Agencies, the largest organisation in Poland associating agencies providing broadly understood HR services, as well as a Chairman of the HR Platform within the frames of the Pracodawcy RP organisation (since 2016).

Completed the French-Polish postgraduate management studies at the University of Poznań and Rennes, as well as the IESE Business School’s program in Barcelona. She also graduated from the Gdynia Maritime University and the UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz, with a specialty in Marketing and Management.



Jarosław Dymitruk

Vicepresident of the Management Board

Jarosław Dymitruk is a graduate in the faculty of Economic Cybernetics and Accounting
Management and Computer Science at the University of Economics in Wroclaw. In 2006 he graduated
postgraduate studies at the National Defense University in the field of air transport management. It has
extensive and many years of experience in business specialties related to sales, organization
and in managing the enterprise both on domestic and foreign markets. Professionally
he was also associated with various business sectors such as: fast moving goods, industry
investment and currently the HR area. He started his career in the FMCG industry by successfully introducing it to
Polish market, world-class consumer products of such brands as Benckiser Gillette and Duracell. From
2007 is associated with the Work Service group, where he was the Operations Director and member
The Management Board is responsible for marketing, sales and current operational activities. In 2011 he became a member
management board of Exact Systems, which was taken over by Work Service, responsible for the development of the foreign part of this
The company then continued its activities in this area and took the position of vice president in Work
Service International related to the international development and operations of the Work Service Group. In her
from the very beginning, he built the Group's presence on the German market of Temporary Work. he took
participation in the creation of a joint joint venture with the German business partner of the Group and is currently
also a member of its board.

Przemysław Schmidt

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Manager, investment banker and attorney-at-law. 30 years of professional experience.

• A member of the team of experts at the Supervisory Board Forum and a frequent speaker at corporate governance trainings.

• 2013-18 An independent member of the supervisory board of Polskie Inwestycje Rozwojowe, and after changing the name and adopting the fund structure, an independent member of two investment committees in the Polish Development Fund group.

• 2001-2013 - Managing Partner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TRIGON DM S.A., the oldest Polish brokerage house.

• 1997-2000 - Vice President of the American company @Entertainment Inc. - the largest cable and satellite television operator in Central and Eastern Europe and the first company from the region listed on NASDAQ. At the same time - as part of the capital group - President of Wizji TV.

• 1995-1996 - Managing Director of Polish operations Mees Pierson, an investment bank from the ABN AMRO group.

• 1988-92 - assistant, Department of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, Adam Mickiewicz University


He graduated the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University (1987).

He passed the judge's and legal adviser's examinations. Fulbright Fellow at the University of California, Hastings (1991-1992). Postgraduate programs at Georgetown University, Leiden University and TMC Asser Institute (Asser College Europe). He underwent a number of trainings in finance, strategy and business psychology. Chairman of the European Board of Directors of the international Young Presidents' Organization (2007-09).


Marcus Preston

Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board

He graduated University College London - major in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. He is officer of the Royal Navy of Great Britain. In the years 1993 - 1994 he was a consultant at the Polish Ministry of Privatization . From 1994 to 2001 he was an advisor to investment banks in Poland (Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley). Mr. Presto has many years of experience as an interim manager and consultant in restructuring projects in various industries and regions of Poland. The most important restructuring roles: Carcade SA – proxy board; Stolarka Wołomin SA – president of the management board; Grupa Biatel SA – member of the supervisory board; Miś sp z oo – president of the management board; Netbud sp z oo – president of the management board; Biomed Lublin SA – Member of the Management Board for Restructuring; Malpka SA w Restrukturyzacji – president of the management board. Mr. Preston is fluent in Polish and English.



Tomasz Jakub Wojtaszek

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: finance and banking.

He currently serves as a director of  ForeVest Capital Partners. In the years 2001 - 2016 he worked at PineBridge Investments (Central Europe), a global private equity fund. Mr Wojtaszek specializes in investments in the areas of services and production, IT, telecommunications, retail, as well as transport and logistics.

Previously he worked as an Associate in the Corporate Finance department of Arthur Andersen and as an analyst in two private equity funds. He has over 20 years of experience in the Private Equity sector and management in Central and Eastern Europe.

In the years 2008 - 2014 the Vice President of the Management Board and from January 2014 a member of the Supervisory Board of Orzeł Biały S.A.

Mr. Wojtaszek is also a member of the Supervisory Board of S.A.



Piotr Żegleń

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology Faculty of Electronics
Specialty: Telecommunications

In 1998, he started his professional career at Telekomunikacja Polska – ZT Wrocław, where over the years developed his skills and gained experience.

I years 2003-2009 associated with Telefonia DIALOG S.A. Currently, he is the President of the Management Board of Hawe budownictwo sp. z o.o. and he has his own business implementing infrastructure projects.



Tomasz Bujak

Member of the Supervisory Board

Master of Law, completed post-graduate studies at the Jagiellonian University: "Penal Fiscal and Economic Law”; Tomasz Bujak graduated also in International Relations (completion of studies without defending the degree).

Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of capital companies: Solar-Energy S.A, Investus Capital S.A., Krezus S.A., Member of the Supervisory Boards at Surtex sp. z o.o., Drewex S.A. Mr. Bujak performs managerial functions in capital companies listed on the WSE: as Vice President of the Management Board at G-Energy S.A. and Member of the Management Board at Starhedge S.A, and also in the management boards of the companies from the Starhedge Capital Group.

Frequent participant of trade negotiations, investment processes: due diligence and M & A . He gained his experience during many years of his stay in the USA and Canada where he worked for Fortune 500 companies. Proxy holder for shareholders during over one hundred General Meetings of Shareholders of the companies from WIG 20,40 and 80.



Paweł Ruka

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: finance and banking

Paweł Ruka is an expert auditor, long-time CFO and Member of the Board in many polish firms, i.a. Ferrum SA and Ammono SA. Moreover, was also a Member of Supervisory Boards in companies such as  PKP Cargo SA, Bumech SA, MZCH Organika SA, PA NOVA SA and others. Started his carrier in financial consulting area in the well-known consulting corporation PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Within the activity he acted as a delegated part-time CFO in GWD Concept and FOGA Polen, currently he serves same duties in FOGA Polen and Work Smart.



Pierre Melinger

Member of the Supervisory Board

A graduate of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Paris and Faculty of Law at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University, as well as Faculty of Political Sciences at the French Political Sciences Institute and the National School of Administration "ENA" in Paris.

Mr Mellinger is a founder and Managing Director of ForeVest Capital Partners. Formerly, he was a CEO in PineBridge Investments (Central Europe), a private equity global fund. Mr Mellinger established the PineBridge Investments branch in Poland in 1998 and since that time he was responsible for private equity activity in the region of Central-Eastern Europe. He has more than 35 years of experience in the scope of investments, finances and management, including more than 20 years of experience in the private equity. Formerly, he was also a Director of the Financial Institutions Panel in the EBRD in London, a Managing Director in the Sovac Bank, a Director in the French Ministry of Finance in Paris and in the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New York.

Currently, he is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the companies: Work Service S.A., Brokerage House TMS Brokers S.A., Promedica Care Sp z o.o., EasyPack Sp. z o.o., DCS Digital Cable Systems in Romania.



Andrzej Witkowski

Member of the Supervisory Board

In 1997 he graduated the Faculty of Banking and Finance of the University of Lodz He obtained a master's degree in finance and banking sciences. In the years 1996 –1999 worked as management board assistant  in Grupa Zarządzająca ŁÓDŹ- PBG Bank in  department capital investments, company restructuring. In the years 1999 – 2003 worked in BRE Bank SA affiliate in Łódź firs as a bank inspector and then as a senior March 2003 he has become the head of customer service department Bank Pocztowy SA affiliate in Łódź. From November 2005 until January 2006 worked in Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy SA affiliate in Łódź as leasing specialist. In the years 2006-2010 worked as a specialist in key customer services in BRE LEASING sp. z o.o., affiliate in Łódź. In the years 2010-2012 he was co-owner OSADA 2012 Sp. z o. o. S.K. which all operators active in the consulting, marketing, tourism, organization of training and conference event. In the years 2009-2013 served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Housing Cooperative „PIENISTA”. Currently shall serve as an Member of the Supervisory Board in POLCONFEX Sp. z o. o. , TBS „Nasze Kąty” Sp. z o. o. ,  PUH Chemikolor SA. He participated in many specialist trainings, including in management, finance, including a five-stage course of the French Institute of Management in Warsaw Foreign languages – English.



Robert Oliwa
