President of the Management Board

Thibault Lefebvre is currently the Regional Head of the Gi Group for Central Europe. Prior to Gi Group, Thibault Lefebvre was for 5 years Group CEO of Grafton Recruitment, operating in 20 countries and previously he served for over 9 years in key managerial roles within Michael Page Group, Managing Director of Russia, Switzerland and finally Managing Director for Eastern Europe. He started his career in Finance and for 9 years he held various financial roles (manufacturing controller, head of controlling, CFO) at Richmond, Gucci, Parisot Group and Valeo in France, Switzerland, Poland, Romania. Thibault Lefebvre is a graduate of ISG business school in Paris, with a specialization in Finance.



Iwona Szmitkowska

Vice President

Recognised by Staffing Industry Analysts as one of the 100 most influential women in the global HR sector (2016, 2017). She has long experience in many business areas.

Began her professional path in the promotion and media sector. In 2003 she started her journey working in the personal services sector and Work Service S.A., where in the beginning she was the Head of the branch in Bydgoszcz, fulfilling the role of a Regional Director and Proxy. In 2013 she became a Vice President of the Management Board with responsibility for the Division of Operations & HR, and in 2019 she became a President of the Management Board of Work Service S.A. She held this function until August 20, 2020. She is also a Vice President of the Management Board of Finance Care Sp. z o.o. and Work Service SPV Sp. z o.o., as well as a President of the Work Service Foundation. Since 2017 she has served as the President of the Management Board of the Association of Employment Agencies, the largest organisation in Poland associating agencies providing broadly understood HR services, as well as a Chairman of the HR Platform within the frames of the Pracodawcy RP organisation (since 2016).

Completed the French-Polish postgraduate management studies at the University of Poznań and Rennes, as well as the IESE Business School’s program in Barcelona. She also graduated from the Gdynia Maritime University and the UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz, with a specialization in Marketing and Management.

Nicola Dell’Edera

Vice President

Nicola Dell’Edera is currently the Global Finance Director of Gi Group. During 1990-1999 he was employed in the Banco di Roma, Department of Corporate Finance and Credit, as well as in the New York branch. Then, from 1999 to 2008 he had been working at the Natuzzi Group (furniture industry) as a Finance Director; he also managed investor relations. Member of the Board of Directors of many Subsidiaries. In the period from 2008 to 2010 he was professionally connected with Unopiù SpA (furniture industry) as a Finance and HR Director, IT Director. He represented the private fund Synergo Sgr also being on the Board of Directors. The next three years (2010-2013), Nicola Dell’Edera was working at the Matarrese Group (infrastructure) as a Finance and HR Director, IT Director; and then (2013-2017) at Alitalia SpA as a Vice President for Finance, Planning and Control (from 2015). Member of the Procurement Council, member of the Global Treasury IATA Board. In the period from 2017 to 2019 he was a co-founder of Valuetree, an Italian boutique of strategic and financial consulting.

In addition, Nicola Dell’Edera is a lecturer at various masters and a former professor of international finance at the University of Salento. He is also a publisher of articles and books in the field of accounting, finance, planning and control. Nicola Dell’Edera Graduated in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.

• 2013-18 An independent member of the supervisory board of Polskie Inwestycje Rozwojowe, and after changing the name and adopting the fund structure, an independent member of two investment committees in the Polish Development Fund group.

• 2001-2013 - Managing Partner and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TRIGON DM S.A., the oldest Polish brokerage house.

• 1997-2000 - Vice President of the American company @Entertainment Inc. - the largest cable and satellite television operator in Central and Eastern Europe and the first company from the region listed on NASDAQ. At the same time - as part of the capital group - President of Wizji TV.

He graduated the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University (1987).

He passed the judge's and legal adviser's examinations. Fulbright Fellow at the University of California, Hastings (1991-1992). Postgraduate programs at Georgetown University, Leiden University and TMC Asser Institute (Asser College Europe). He underwent a number of trainings in finance, strategy and business psychology. Chairman of the European Board of Directors of the international Young Presidents' Organization (2007-09).


Piotr Żegleń

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from Wrocław University of Science and Technology Faculty of Electronics
Specialty: Telecommunications

In 1998, he started his professional career at Telekomunikacja Polska – ZT Wrocław, where over the years developed his skills and gained experience.

I years 2003-2009 associated with Telefonia DIALOG S.A. Currently, he is the President of the Management Board of Hawe budownictwo sp. z o.o. and he has his own business implementing infrastructure projects.



Tomasz Bujak

Member of the Supervisory Board

Master of Law, completed post-graduate studies at the Jagiellonian University: "Penal Fiscal and Economic Law”; Tomasz Bujak graduated also in International Relations (completion of studies without defending the degree).

Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of capital companies: Solar-Energy S.A, Investus Capital S.A., Krezus S.A., Member of the Supervisory Boards at Surtex sp. z o.o., Drewex S.A. Mr. Bujak performs managerial functions in capital companies listed on the WSE: as Vice President of the Management Board at G-Energy S.A. and Member of the Management Board at Starhedge S.A, and also in the management boards of the companies from the Starhedge Capital Group.

Frequent participant of trade negotiations, investment processes: due diligence and M & A . He gained his experience during many years of his stay in the USA and Canada where he worked for Fortune 500 companies. Proxy holder for shareholders during over one hundred General Meetings of Shareholders of the companies from WIG 20,40 and 80.



Paweł Ruka

Member of the Supervisory Board

Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, specialization: finance and banking

Paweł Ruka is an expert auditor, long-time CFO and Member of the Board in many polish firms, i.a. Ferrum SA and Ammono SA. Moreover, was also a Member of Supervisory Boards in companies such as  PKP Cargo SA, Bumech SA, MZCH Organika SA, PA NOVA SA and others. Started his carrier in financial consulting area in the well-known consulting corporation PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Within the activity he acted as a delegated part-time CFO in GWD Concept and FOGA Polen, currently he serves same duties in FOGA Polen and Work Smart.



Andrzej Witkowski

Member of the Supervisory Board

In 1997 he graduated the Faculty of Banking and Finance of the University of Lodz He obtained a master's degree in finance and banking sciences. In the years 1996 –1999 worked as management board assistant  in Grupa Zarządzająca ŁÓDŹ- PBG Bank in  department capital investments, company restructuring. In the years 1999 – 2003 worked in BRE Bank SA affiliate in Łódź firs as a bank inspector and then as a senior March 2003 he has become the head of customer service department Bank Pocztowy SA affiliate in Łódź. From November 2005 until January 2006 worked in Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy SA affiliate in Łódź as leasing specialist. In the years 2006-2010 worked as a specialist in key customer services in BRE LEASING sp. z o.o., affiliate in Łódź. In the years 2010-2012 he was co-owner OSADA 2012 Sp. z o. o. S.K. which all operators active in the consulting, marketing, tourism, organization of training and conference event. In the years 2009-2013 served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Housing Cooperative „PIENISTA”. Currently shall serve as an Member of the Supervisory Board in POLCONFEX Sp. z o. o. , TBS „Nasze Kąty” Sp. z o. o. ,  PUH Chemikolor SA. He participated in many specialist trainings, including in management, finance, including a five-stage course of the French Institute of Management in Warsaw Foreign languages – English.
